May 2026: Update your details in Mitt HSB & interest in a ”Kôrvmingel” (Sausage Social)

Hello neighbors!

We are finally heading towards warmer times, and it is wonderful to see things starting to grow in our shared planter boxes. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in both the annual meeting and the spring cleaning day, we were absolutely delighted by the great turnout and engagement!

Interested in a ”Kôrvmingel” in June?

After the lovely lunch in the sun during our cleaning day, where many neighbors gathered around the grill thanks to our grill masters Ann-Britt and Markus, we are wondering if there is interest in a similar lunch again, but this time without the cleaning?

If that sounds nice, please feel free to join the Facebook group “BRF Kvillebäcken”. If there is enough interest, we will post more information there and decide on a date together.

Updating contact details ahead of the new intercom system

The association will gradually begin replacing our current building entry systems, as spare parts are no longer available for the old ones. In order for the intercom in the new system to work, all residents must have the correct phone number registered in Mitt HSB.

We therefore ask all members to check that their name, address, and phone number are correct in Mitt HSB no later than June 8th. It is very important that this information is accurate, both so the intercom displays the correct name and dials the right phone number.

The work will be carried out building by building, and there is no exact schedule yet. We would also like to remind you that each member is responsible for their own apartment lock. This means that going forward, the building entrance key and your apartment key will no longer be the same.

The right contact channels this summer

During the summer, the board members will be less available. We would therefore like to remind you that things usually move faster if you contact the right responsible party from the very beginning. As a general rule, always reach out directly to the party in charge of the specific issue, which reduces wait times and ensures your request gets to the right place immediately.

This means that internet and TV queries are handled by Tele2, while practical property matters such as heating, water, ventilation, lighting, and entrance doors are handled by Novo Fastighet. Other association-related questions are, of course, always welcome via email to the board as usual.
