Hi neighbors!

Now that the darkness and cold have arrived, we want to remind everyone to be careful when it’s icy outside. The walkways around the buildings are being gritted, but if you notice a spot we’ve missed or an area that’s especially slippery, please contact Novo.

Here’s a quick update from the board on a few things we’re currently working on.

Time for new doorphone

We’re currently looking into replacing our doorphone systems. The ones we have today are outdated, and it’s nearly impossible to find spare parts, which makes repairs difficult. We also see this as an opportunity to modernize the lock system and improve the security in our buildings, especially since the copy protection for the old keys has expired. We’ll share more information as soon as we have something concrete.

New cleaning service coming soon

The board has terminated the agreement with our previous cleaning company, as we were not satisfied with the quality. We are now looking for a new provider who can offer a higher and more consistent standard of cleaning in our shared spaces.

We’re currently updating the content on our website, hsbkvillebacken.se. Our goal is to make it clearer and more useful for everyone living here. If you have any suggestions on what should be included, please let us know!

Electric car charging is not allowed in engine heater outlets

Just a reminder: our engine heater outlets must not be used to charge electric vehicles – this applies both to the parking spots and the garages. The system isn’t built to handle that kind of load, and it poses a risk of overheating and fire. Thank you for following the rules and helping us keep the association safe.
