Hello neighbors!

Autumn is approaching rapidly, and with all the rain pouring down lately, it’s clear that summer is starting to say goodbye. But within the association a lot is still happening, and we want to take the opportunity to share some updates!

Thank you for the cleaning day!
A big thank you to all of you who participated and helped out during the cleaning day, you really make a difference! It’s wonderful to see how we, together, keep our green areas and shared spaces pleasant and in order.

New equipment coming up
During the cleaning day it was mentioned that some of the things in, among other places, the laundry rooms are reaching the end of their life, and we agree. Therefore, new equipment will be arranged for those spaces as soon as possible!

Godemansgatan 9, we’re keeping an eye on it
We also want to point out that we are following the situation at Godemansgatan 9. We are in continuous contact with the contractors and are pushing to make sure the yard doesn’t get messy and that the lawn is arranged as promised. A big thank you to those of you living there for your patience, we know it’s not easy having construction clutter outside your window.

Ventilation inspection coming up
We also want to remind you that the mandatory ventilation inspection (OVK) is coming up. More information will be shared as soon as we know more.
