We hope you’ve all had a lovely summer, with time for rest, ice cream in the sun, and maybe a few swims in the sea! Here’s a short update from us on the board about what’s going on in the association right now.
OVK Inspection coming up
A mandatory ventilation inspection (OVK) will soon be carried out in the following buildings: Harald Hjärnesgatan 13, Harald Hjärnesgatan 14, and Gullrisgatan 5. We’ll share more information as soon as we have confirmed dates and details – keep an eye on your stairwell and our digital channels!
Cleaning Weekend in September!
During the weekend of September 13–14, we’re organizing a community cleaning weekend in the association. If the weather allows, we’ll also fire up the grill and serve some hot dogs! We hope as many of you as possible will join us in cleaning our shared spaces, both outdoors (like the pergolas and common areas) and in the basement levels. Things are always nicer when we work together!
Do you have belongings in basement corridors or other common areas?
If so, we kindly ask you to move them to your own storage unit – both to keep things tidy and to follow fire safety regulations.
Project Update: Drainage in the final phase
We know there’s a lot going on in our buildings right now – and we on the board are doing our best to keep things running as smoothly as possible. The large drainage project is now in its final phase, and we want to extend a big thank you to all of you for your patience. It’s a lot of work, but it will make Kvillebäcken stronger and more sustainable in the long run.

We’d also like to remind everyone of a few important rules in our laundry rooms:
