We hope you all have had a wonderful summer in Kvillebäcken. Here is an update from the board regarding what is currently happening in our association.

New Intercoms

The installation of our new intercom systems is in full swing and is being carried out in stages. To access the property moving forward, you will need to pick up new key fobs.

Keep an eye out in your stairwell! We will post notices in the entrance of each building where fobs are ready for collection, detailing the time and location for pickup when it is time for your specific entrance.

The Right Contact Channel for the Quickest Response

The board is currently receiving a very high volume of emails. To help you get assistance without delay, we would like to share this simple rule of thumb:

Practical issues inside or outside the property?

(e.g., ventilation, heating, water, lighting, gates/doors, etc.)

→ Contact our property manager, Novo Fastighet, directly.

Questions regarding rules, permits, contracts, feedback, or ideas?

→ Contact the board.

Ventilation and OVK

The OVK (mandatory ventilation inspection) is still underway on Rudenschöldsgatan and Godemansgatan. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience while we complete the inspections.
